This week-end, Apple released the first iPad advertisement at the Oscars through a 30 second clip. HP, Adobe and Microsoft respond today by releasing this new video concerning the HP Slate, presented by Steve Ballmer at last CES, which runs under Windows 7, and is totally compatible with Flash and AIR technologies, as we can see in the video below.
HP focuses its communication by promising an access to "all the Internet, including Flash", which, as we know, does not support iPad. HP Slate users can then watch videos or play online video games without any kind of problem. The HP Slate has not been priced or dated yet, but Microsoft and HP could offer a real alternative to Apple's iPad, which is scheduled for an April 3rd release.
