Ion Tailgater: the iPod dock for rock fans

With a design close to that of guitar amplifiers, the new Tailgater by Ion should be welcomed by rock fans. Indeed, thanks to its robust built in wood and aluminum, you can take with you this dynamic loudspeaker with 2 ways, provided you can carry its 11 kilos!
 

For iPod but also for iPhone

Thanks to an adjustable dock, this new sound system is compatible with all the iPods and iPhones on the market. You’ll also appreciate the auxiliary input and the possibility to plug simultaneously on the Tailgater a microphone (provided) and a music instrument.

Tailgater by Ion: on battery or mains-operated?

Another asset which will delight the most nomad users, the Tailgater by Ion can be mains-operated or can run on battery (rechargeable and built-in), then reaching a battery life of 10 hours.

Tailgater by Ion: price and availability

Available from August 2009, the Tailgater by Ion will be sold 199 Euros and distributed by the largest retailers.
