Silence still prevails in Cupertino. Far from announcing a new iPod or iPhone, the company seems to succeed in turning a liver transplant into a mere hormone disorder. As scheduled, Steve Jobs should be back at the end of the month.

Steve Jobs received a liver transplant

The information launched by the serious Wall Street Journal announces that Steve Jobs has received a liver transplant in Tennessee. So his absence from the firm’s head wouldn’t be caused, as announced by Apple, by a hormone disorder.
 

Steve Jobs: slowly back to business

Apple’s spokesperson, Katie Cotton, did not comment on this information and only stated "Steve is still impatient to come back in late June and there is nothing else to be said." This leads to think that he has recovered well and faster than scheduled.In spite of this, a close source indicates that doctors could encourage Steve Jobs to "work part-time for a month or two". So maybe Tim Cook could still have a free hand for a while…
