MSI Wind U120h

MSI Wind U120h shows the same successfull basics as its predecessor, the Wind U100 which was an improved version of MSI standard netbook, the Wind: Intel Atom 1,6 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, 160 MB of internal memory, a 10.2-inch screen and a comfortable keyboard, all this combined in a new design.
This new Wind measures 260 x 180 x 19-31.5 mm for a weight of 1.3 kilos, and thanks to its 6-cell battery you can work on it in office mode for about 7 hours. But the brand new feature is that the U120h is compatible with HSDPA SIM cards.

Wifi N and HSDPA with the MSI Wind U120h

How to connect to the Internet in HSDPA with the Wind U120h? That is easy: simply insert your SIM card in the dedicated slot, enter your PIN and it is done! Besides, one should be able to use any 3G subscription with MSI netbook, thanks to its HSDPA SIM card slot. The other surprise is that the Wind U120H has N Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi specification which offers a bandwidth up to 10 times higher.

MSI Wind U120h: price and availability

The new MSI Wind U120h, with its HSDPA SIM card slot, will be sold from January 2009 at the price of 499 Euros VAT incl. (without subscribing).
