A Polaroid in your computer !

Already available for Mac and soon for Windows, Polaroid software reproduces the sensations you had while taking shots with a Polaroid instant camera decades ago. Just drag an drop a picture on the Polaroid camera icon, then you'll here the Polaroid well-known song of the shutter and then the film strip going out of the camera. But, just like with the real life Polaroid, you will have to wait to get the picture appearing on the Polaroid paper rand if you want to speed things up : just move the picture. Then, your photo appears on the Polaroid photo with the same frame as before and with the same specific color rendition as before.

 

This gadget app is fun, free and works efficiently to remind you how it was before and bring you back to the old time of nasty Polaroid shots. Nasty, yes, but instantly printed and without any machinery ! The Mac Beta version is available now but works well already. The Windows version will be released later on in November.
