Nokia XpressMusic 5800 with S60 OS

This new Music Phone by Nokia seems to be like an UFFO in Nokia's range thanks to ots touch screen operation on the 3,5" wide screen. The OS is still the well-known Symbian S60 5th edition. You may control the phone either with the stylus or with your finger. The embedd digital camera is a 3 megapixel equipped with xenon/led flash and Zeiss lens. Regarding essential technologies, the Nokia XpressMusic 5800 offers 3G+ HSDPA connection with Wifi b/g and Blutooth 2.0 with stereo capabilities.

But the Nokia XpressMusic 5800 also offers an A-GPS module as well. Its video resolutin is 640 x 360 pixels at the rate of 30 fps. It has a built-in memory of 81 MB only but the memory can be expanded up to 16 GB thanks to microSD cards.

Prices and availability of Nokia 5800 Music Phone

This new Nokia XpressMusic 5800 will be available in Europe in 2009/Q1 in black and red at an estimated price of more or less EUR 400. It will be available along with the "Nokia Comes With Music" service as well.
