Just as all Canon EOS 1D Mark III D-SLRs are coming back from product recall for AF fixing, Canon is publishing a new firmware update.

Canon's Formula one, the EOS 1D Mark III, will now take advantage of a new firmware in its version 1.1.3 which fixes a few bugs here and there but also improve autofocus speed of moving subjects and the transfer speed of the data transfer with SD Memory cards as the 1D comes with both both CompactFlash and SD cards compliancy.
