LG KU990 Viewty faces tough competition

With it's 3 inches touch screen displaying a 204x400 pixels resolution, combined with a very new interface designed to be used with fingers instead of a pen and a 5MP camera, the LG Viewty could easily compete with numbers of high range phones. All without mention the global design which reminds the LG Prada's one.

No Wifi

If the LG KU990 Viewty comes with a HSDPA, EDGE and Stereo Bluetooth compatibility, LG did not implement Wifi support, which remains nowadays a must have to all mobile devices of that range.

DivX certified
|
|
According to some information obtained this summer during this mobile phone's presentation, the Viewty should arrive with a full compatibility with the famous DivX codec. The LG KU990 integrates a FM radio and is compatible with MicroSD memory cards. The camera comes with a 5MP sensor, a real autofocus and a flash. It will also be able to take VGA resolution (640x480) video clip.
