The first Leica Digital Rangefinder ever, the Leica M8, can now benefit of a new firmware thank to its update 1.110 which fixes a few things and improves the general operations of the M8 body.

This new M8 firmware update improves the precision of the battery level display as well as the way the rear wheel functions. The 1.110 M8 firmware also shortens the delay between preflash and actual picture flash when the M8 is operated under M-TTL mode. Finally, it also brings digital communication with M-Summarit lenses like the 35, 50, 75 and 90mm ones.
