We now know the image quality of Canon Selphy printers. No need to say one more time that it is equivalent to a lab print. Th Selphy ES2 and the Selphy ES20 both benefit of the same vertical design as their predecessor : the Canon Selphy ES1 printer. They also use cartridges which contain both the ink and the paper. This is a very nice attention towards all novice users. It is simple and easy to use, yet giving the best results possible. These printers can accept 50 sheets of paper which is more than the average competitors. They also offer the performance of DIGIC II processor, which is helping improving image quality of the photos, cropping them or removing red eyes. The Canon Selphy ES20 is the most simple of both with still a nice screen of 2,5". Yet, the Selphy ES2 offers, in addition to the ES20 features: a larger 3" screen, the navigation wheel well-known on Canon D-SLR and some prosumer compact digital cameras like the Powershot G9, an infrared interface to print photos directly from a cell phone or a pda.
