Even more colorful than a rainbow, the Pentax K-x range gets 8 new colors which leads to an incredible 12 color choices fro this entry level SLR. A few years ago, digital cameras, and especially DSLR were available in black and silver... now, things have changed and Pentax proves that they should dare new colors. The availability of the white K-m was a success last year. Now, in additino to its black, white, blue and red colors, the K-x will be produced, as limited edition, Pentax says, in 8 new colors which are :
- Beige
- Chocolate
- Metal Fuchsia
- Pink
- Metal Turquoise
- Metal Dark Gre
- Olive green
- Soft brown

Colored K-x keeps its price tag
|
The good thing about all that is that the K-x DSLR keeps the same retail price in colors. Therefore, it remains interesting, being sold in Europe at £599 or €599 with the 18-55mm lens. Cheap, the Pentax K-x still offers a few advanced features like HD 720p video recording, 11-points AF, 4.7 fps burst rate or LiveView....
